Role Description

This is a Institutional sales profile full-time, on-site role located in Patna for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for Bihar & Jharkhand Project sales operations, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, monitoring competition, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves regular interaction with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate product solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and developing sales strategies
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the ceramics and allied products market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
