Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies using LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold outreach
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective clients using CRM tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or marketing roles
  • Proven track record of targeting international markets, especially in the B2B sector
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or HubSpot
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
