Leadership and Strategy
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the GCC, aligning with global goals and objectives
- Build and manage high-performing teams focused on innovation and value creation
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with global leadership (CIO, CHRO, CFO)
Operational Excellence
- Ensure seamless delivery across IT, analytics, shared services, and support functions
- Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness through process improvements and governance frameworks
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication across departments
People Development
- Design and implement talent development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Partner with HR to attract and retain top talent in the market
- Build a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labor laws and regulations
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks
- Implement best-in-class governance models for third-party vendors and internal teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred
- 15 to 22 years of experience with proven leadership in a GCC or shared services environment
- Experience in setting up or scaling global capability centers in India across IT, analytics, HR, or finance functions
