Job Description:

This leadership role involves defining and executing the global implementation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and rapid growth trajectory.

You will lead strategic planning, capacity management, and geographic expansion initiatives, championing continuous evolution of implementation philosophy.

As an Implementation Head, you will lead our global implementation operations, responsible for strategic direction and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's in business administration or equivalent
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR / HR Consulting / HRMS Delivery or Customer Success with minimum 4 years in senior management roles
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives
