Job Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to lead our efforts in expanding market presence, forging new banking alliances, and driving growth in merchant acquiring. This role is critical for initiating and maintaining relationships with Public Sector Banks (PSBs), Small Finance Banks (SFBs), Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), Payment Aggregators (PA), and Payment Gateways (PGs).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Market Expansion: Drive our market presence in assigned regions and verticals.
- Create and execute strategic plans to expand our influence in the financial services ecosystem.
- Banking Alliances: Establish and nurture alliances with PSBs, SFBs, RRBs, and other banking institutions.
- CXO Engagement: Initiate and maintain dialogues with CXO-level executives within the banking sector.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Operations, and Technology to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Develop strategies for merchant acquiring in the payments sector.
- Lead initiatives with Payment Aggregators and Payment Gateways to increase our service reach.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles with an emphasis on bank partnerships and alliances.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams as per the requirements of the project.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- A proven track record in establishing and growing alliances with banks and PA-PGs.
- Experience in merchant acquiring and the payments sector is highly desirable.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, with a focus on complex, conceptual solutions.
- Proven ability to navigate and sell in complex ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to connect and engage with CXO-suite executives, especially within PSBs.
Salary Package and Benefits

This role offers a work-from-home arrangement, with occasional travel required for client meetings and presentations. The location for this role is Chennai.
