Corporate Project Coordinator

You are required to act as the single focal point of contact between the client and our organization, ensuring the desired project objectives are delivered.
- Implement an appropriate and effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Manage project budget including risk allowance, monitor and control changes/variations and ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs and business objectives.
- Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders and ensure that project managers work cooperatively with client representatives and keep them up-to-date on project status throughout process.
- Manage the design and project management/site delivery team's performance of delegated responsibilities.
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and business partners through the completion of the projects.
- Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients.

Requirements:
- This position requires a detail-oriented approach, quick problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the building construction industry is required.
- Relevant experience of managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects is necessary.
- A degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction management or a related discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs is essential.
- Excellent team management and client-facing experience is required.
- Tech-savviness and experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives is desirable.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction is crucial.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also important.
