Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams to drive business outcomes.
You will help customers develop strategic account plans that align with business objectives, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives through effective communication and collaboration.
You will measure customers' achievement of these key performance indicators and report those both internally and externally to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
You will collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals, identify opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization, and lead POCs for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, QBR's and ABR's with key accounts to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing major accounts.
- Technical experience in the cybersecurity field with good analytical and project management skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Manage a portfolio of large, complex customer relationships and achieve growth through expansion of current offerings.
- Develop strategic account plans that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on strategy, sales enablement, and post-sales support.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform customer engagement strategies and optimize business outcomes.
