Performance Marketing Expert

What You'll Do:

  1. Launch and scale ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  2. Manage performance campaigns across E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more
  3. Optimize relentlessly by tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to improve daily
  4. Test like a pro by running structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting strategies
  5. Collaborate with creatives to convert bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results
  6. Dive into data to analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and recommend next steps
  7. Ensure every rupee spent drives measurable growth

Requirements:

  • Smart, experienced, and strong problem-solver who can think strategically and execute effectively
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Excel/Sheets
  • Ai-driven mindset comfortable with AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance
  • Creative + analytical balance able to test, learn, and innovate quickly
