About the role

We are seeking an experienced Debt Funding Analyst with expertise in raising debt funds and a background in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks.

Responsibilities:

  • Raise debt capital from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
  • Build and manage relationships with lenders, rating agencies, and investors to secure funding
  • Structure debt transactions and negotiate loan terms to ensure optimal funding costs
  • Maintain compliance with RBI/NBFC regulations and lending frameworks
  • Develop funding strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management
  • Assess funding risks and mitigate exposure in collaboration with other teams

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
  • A strong network with lenders, including banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and structured finance players
  • Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is essential
  • Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines
  • A solid understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation
  • Excellent negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills
