Financial Analyst Job Description

Family Office & Financial Services Co. offers a comprehensive range of asset classes including Private Equity, Start-ups, Unlisted and Listed shares, Commodities, Credit funds, and Venture Debt funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS/IGAAP requirements and coordinate with statutory auditors.
  • Oversee all Tax related matters including GST, Direct Tax, and Tax Audit.
  • Review quarterly and year-to-date financial results for presentation to the Board of Directors.
  • Participate in Investment Committee meetings to monitor investments and ensure IPS compliance.
  • Review reports and data, coordinating with the corporate tax team to ensure statutory compliances and tax returns.

Desired Incumbent:

  • A qualified CA with over 12 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, skilled in Finalization of Accounts, Financial reporting and MIS, Financial controls improvement, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance and Profitability Analysis, Treasury Management, Fund raising, Income Tax, GST compliance, Auditing, and RBI compliance.
  • Proven experience working in NBFC.

Requirements:

  • CA qualification with 12+ years of experience in finance and accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and treasury management.
  • Proficient in tax compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in investment committee meetings and IPS compliance.
  • Knowledge of venture debt funds and private equity.
  • Skills in financial planning, MIS, and financial control improvement.
