Financial Deal Originator

This role involves performing financial analysis, building and maintaining financial models, conducting budgeting activities, and providing analytical support to project teams. The Financial Deal Originator will work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare financial reports and monitor project costs.
- Provide insights to support financial decision-making.
- Originate prospects and structure proposals/term sheets.
- Coordinate due diligence and manage lender/investor communications.
- Negotiate closing documentation and ensure post-closing covenants and reporting.
- Strong Analytical Skills and finance expertise.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Demonstrable track record.
- Strong communication and representation skills.
- Integrity and compliance mindset.
The successful candidate will source and close funding from international banks, HNIs, and family offices for eligible projects and operating businesses. In consideration of successful capital raised, the Specialist shall receive negotiated equity participation and profit-sharing, subject to board approval and definitive agreements.
