Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing complex financial transactions, providing expert advice to clients, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

  • Develop sophisticated financial models, valuations, and analysis to support deal execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes, communications, and interactions with deal teams and other advisors.
  • Conduct comprehensive industry and market research, as well as company analysis within the consumer and industrial industries.
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials, presentations, and marketing collateral for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis and valuation expertise to support business growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and senior management.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies, including M&A, IPOs, and capital raising activities.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, working on consumer and industrial transactions.
  • Strong understanding of the consumer and industrial sector.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
