Job Title: Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our dynamic finance team. As an FP&A individual, you will be responsible for data analysis and interpretation, providing insightful financial insights to support strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operating plans (monthly, quarterly, annual) post-understanding business metrics driving costs.
  • Responsible for fixed costs budgeting and planning based on inputs from Business Heads and the overall Annual Operating Plan.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of all business transactions in relation to fixed costs by way of provisions, unit economics, and month-to-month trend analysis.
  • Support the General Ledger team in preparing monthly Management Information System reports by ensuring timely book closure and sharing relevant schedules for Employee costs and Other Technology costs & reconciliations.
  • Reviewing overall Profit and Loss statements for different business segments and identifying and tracking key movements in relation to critical costs, highlighting them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Reviewing reports and reconciliations prepared by finance executives and sharing data for Segment reporting with other internal finance team members.
  • Data collaboration and review for weekly reporting of fixed costs.
  • Submission of Provisions and Unit economics for monthly book closure.
  • Review and reconciliation of invoices for timely approval and validation.
  • Collaborate with Business Teams (cost negotiation data inputs) and Legal Teams (to review agreements with external Business partners).

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
