Senior Investment Banking Associate

As a Senior Associate in our Investment Banking team, you will play a key role in leading high-profile deals from India's fastest-growing industrial hubs. With a boutique platform like ours, you will have the opportunity to work directly with CXOs, promoters, and top-tier investors across the country's dynamic mid-market.
We are looking for an experienced ECM professional to lead end-to-end execution of private equity and IPO mandates. This includes origination support, financial modeling, valuation, investor presentations, roadshows, and deal closures. You will shape strategy, manage investor dialogues, and drive impactful outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of front-end ECM experience, preferably with Private Equity fund-raises or IPOs. A strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and investor-grade presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant financial databases/tools is essential.
You should be able to independently manage execution workstreams and investor interactions with an ownership mindset. Relocation to Surat is required, with flexibility to travel as needed based on deal flow.
