Strategic Transaction Leadership: Job Overview

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our team in advising clients on complex transactions. The ideal candidate will drive deal execution, manage client relationships, and oversee transaction origination, valuation, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Execution: Execute end-to-end M&A transactions, from origination to closing, ensuring seamless execution and optimal value realization.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to clients on M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising, aligning with their long-term objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modelling and valuation analysis, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design tailored deal structures to meet client needs while maximizing value, overseeing negotiations of terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, and third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Finance
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
