We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our academic team.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Maths or Physics, with 7+ years of teaching or academic leadership experience, and at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within an educational technology company.

  • Develop high-quality learning materials aligned with competitive exams, school boards or international standards.
  • Ensure conceptual clarity, accuracy and pedagogical coherence across all content.
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts, content developers and educators, conducting regular reviews and ensuring team alignment with academic goals.

This position requires a leader who can develop and implement academic strategies, drive innovation and excellence in education, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong academic background in Maths or Physics.
  • 7+ years of teaching or academic leadership experience.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within an ed-tech or similar industry.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
