We seek a skilled Product Engineering Strategist to lead the development of scalable and data-driven products.

About the Role

This position requires technical leadership and vision to design and deliver secure, scalable, and performant products that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, business teams, and key partners to identify and define solutions for complex business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Oversee engineering teams to develop products aligning with business priorities and objectives.
  • Product Vision: Conceptualize and architect products meeting customer needs and enterprise-grade standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define solutions for complex business and technical requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 15+ years in IT, 7+ years in product development, and core engineering expertise.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution.
  • Skills: Agile methodology, task management, communication, and experience in building data-centric products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technology Exposures: Experience with React JS, Python, PySpark, Snowflake, Postgres, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, Docker, EKS. Knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies is an added advantage.
  • Good Engineering Experience: Proficiency in Java/JEE/.Net Technologies with a strong product engineering background.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building highly scalable and performant products, apply creative thinking to resolve technical solutions, and effectively communicate product visions and architectures to various audiences.
