Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Word. Prior experience in accounting is required, with a focus on day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/accounts receivable management, bank reconciliation, petty cash, invoice/e-way bill preparation, and monthly closings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales/purchase entries, journals, ledgers in Tally.
  • Handle accounts payable/accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and petty cash.
  • Prepare GST/TDS data for auditor coordination.
  • Develop basic management information system reports in Excel and maintain documentation in Word.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Word.
  • Prior experience in accounting (hands-on).
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and good communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
