Financial Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for providing financial expertise to drive business growth and strategic initiatives.

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance
    • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards.
    • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
    • Liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
    • Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
    • Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions.
    • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Technical Accounting & Advisory
    • Interpret and implement new accounting standards.
    • Provide guidance on complex accounting issues including revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, etc.
    • Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration from an accounting perspective.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Present financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of international financial reporting frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
