Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Specialist to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing financial reports with accuracy for TDS, TCS, and GST Returns on a monthly basis.
  • Verifying all financial statements, including bank statements and other transactions, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconciling TDS Return on a quarterly basis and sharing data for return filing.
  • Reconciling sales at the year-end for annual GST Filing.
  • Updating reports, bank statements, and other data in accounting software (Tally) on a monthly basis.
  • Ensuring accurate details are updated in Accounting software.
  • Ensuring compliances relating to TDS and GST for all transactions in the company.
  • Finalizing accounts at the year-end and providing accurate details to auditors.
  • Responding to queries within the company and guiding them through compliance purposes.
  • Coordinating with auditors and providing end-to-end information as required.
  • Preparing data for annual audit and internal audit on a quarterly basis.
  • Preparing cost sheets and analyzing expenses for the company.
  • Leading a team of account executives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Excel.
  • Tally.
  • Taxation knowledge.
  • Knowledge of OTAs compliance.
  • Master's Degree in Accounts.
  • CA Inter.
  • CMA Inter.
Preferred Experience:

3-4 years in Taxation and Accounting.
