Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to manage the end-to-end Human Resources function at our plant.

This is a solo HR role, where the selected candidate will be the single point of contact for all HR activities, supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements, as well as excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: End-to-end recruitment for all plant-level roles, liaising with local contractors/labor vendors, and conducting employee onboarding sessions.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Addressing grievances, driving engagement initiatives, and maintaining healthy industrial relations with contract workers and unions.
  • Payroll & Compliance: Coordinating payroll processing, ensuring labor law compliance, and managing statutory returns and audits.
  • HR Operations: Maintaining employee records, attendance, leave management, and preparing HR MIS reports.
  • Performance & Training: Supporting performance management processes and organizing skill development sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Plant HR functions, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
