Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement daily engineering staff briefings with the Chief Engineer, assist in distributing work assignments, and coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance programs for various systems.
  • Systems Management: Schedule and document maintenance programs for air-conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance, kitchen, laundry, low voltage, plumbing, and drainage systems.
  • Team Supervision and Development: Supervise and provide constructive feedback to team members, ensuring safe work practices, efficient operation, proper preventative maintenance, and repair to equipment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing consumption reports on power, water, steam, and gas, and review workflow to identify improvements for increased efficiency.
  • Contractor Management: Ensure that maintenance and repairs performed by contractors adhere to agreed health and safety policies, contracts, fees, or charges.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional who can bring a high level of expertise and leadership to this role. You should have a strong background in engineering operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, facilities management).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
