AVP Business Development

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned business development expert to drive growth for our product department within the Mumbai location.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for obtaining mandates from banks, financial institutions, and other organizations in the region, developing strong relationships with various stakeholders, and finalizing commercial terms for mandates in consultation with vertical heads.

Additionally, they will coordinate with execution teams for the execution of mandates as per agreed timelines, serve as the single point of contact for clients, and market analysis to stay abreast of current market happenings.

Responsibilities include submission of final reports, ensuring timely invoicing, and collecting payments for generated mandates. The successful candidate will also gather sectoral knowledge and keep bankers updated on new research reports and insights published by our organization.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include accomplishment of targets set for the timeline.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development for advisory reports of TEV, LIE, ASM, and Valuation.
  • Strong connects with PSU Banks and Private Banks.
  • Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality.
  • Around 10 years of experience in business development in the financial domain.
