We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Tester with extensive experience in testing HR systems, including Workday and other enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the employee-facing side of HR systems, ensuring a positive and seamless user experience.

Key qualifications include:

  • Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR
  • Colleague experience: Specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems, emphasizing the employee journey and self-service capabilities
  • Design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests
  • End-to-end testing: Designing and running test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications
  • Experience testing the data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often using ServiceNow's Integration Hub
  • Workflow automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow
  • Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations
  • Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact

As a ServiceNow Tester, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results. You will also work closely with our development team to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
