Job Title - ITSM ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Location - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience Level - 6-12 Years

We are seeking a skilled ITSM ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. As a technical consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to improve IT service management capabilities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Implementation: Implement and support ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management.
  • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other tools.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze information from ITSM tools and make sound recommendations for process improvements.
