Job Description

As a key leader in store operations, you will oversee daily activities to ensure compliance with established standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and optimal inventory levels.

You will drive exceptional customer service and satisfaction through effective issue resolution and in-store experience enhancement.

Achieving financial targets is crucial, which involves managing store budgets, controlling operational costs, and optimizing supply chain coordination.

Tracking and reporting key operational KPIs to senior management for performance review is also vital.

Preparing the store for new launches, refits, and conversions requires facilitation and coordination.

  • Key Deliverables:
  • Lead and mentor retail staff to deliver on sales and service targets, ensuring continuous training and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and HR for business alignment.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies and safeguard store assets.
  • Foster a customer-obsessed culture through team motivation and effective interpersonal communication.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with zonal sales managers, field executives, and channel partners.
