About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Food Beverage Optimization. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing food beverage costs and controlling factors to ensure the implementation of cost-effective measures throughout the department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct actions to correct activities harmful to the profitability of our food beverage department.
  • Assist in other areas as necessary for efficient overall operation of the Finance Department in compliance with policy, regulatory, and contractual framework.
  • Collaborate with hotel finance team members and the FB department.
  • Participate in relevant Finance training and development programs.
Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and strong communication abilities. You should also have experience working with financial information, creating reports, forecasts, and projections.

You will be an expert at analyzing large volumes of complex data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement. Your ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams will be essential in driving results.

A bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance or accounting is preferred, along with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
