Key Performance Indicators in Food Beverage Controls

The Asst. Manager of Food Beverage Controls oversees the analysis of costs and implementation of cost-effective measures across the department. This role requires the creation of detailed reports and regular meetings to keep stakeholders informed.

Specifically, this position involves:

  • Directing corrective actions to optimize profitability within the food beverage department.
  • Providing assistance in other areas deemed necessary for efficient operation of the Finance Department, in compliance with policy, regulatory, and contractual frameworks.
  • Collaborating with hotel finance team members and the Food Beverage department.
  • Participating in relevant Finance training and development programs, as well as joint job roles according to Hilton's job segregation policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze large volumes of complex financial information from multiple sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections.
