Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure staff is working together as a cohesive unit to deliver optimum service levels
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all storage areas and equipment
  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
