About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Advertising Plans: Create and execute campaigns that drive business objectives and targets.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Campaign Creation and Optimization: Manage end-to-end campaign creation, including keyword research, ad copywriting, creative asset development, and campaign setup and optimization.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, sales, and creative, to align marketplace advertising efforts with overall marketing and sales strategies.
  • Platform Updates and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on marketplace platform updates, algorithms, and best practices, and adapt advertising strategies accordingly to maximize results.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace advertising, with a proven track record of success.
  • Certifications: Certified AMS professional.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge/working experience of Helium 10, deep understanding of online marketplace platforms and advertising tools, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Ads platform, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, or similar.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
