About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads through data-driven digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives
- Create high-quality content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts
- Manage and schedule social media content using social media management tools
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
