Senior Project Management Professional

About This Opportunity:

The Senior Project Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading the successful execution of AI-Data projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, workflows, guidelines, and resource materials.
  • Provide effective analysis and reporting of project performance.
  • Track, monitor, and control project financial, timeline, and quality performance.
  • Organize and deliver post-project reviews to ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects.
  • Establish, strengthen, and expand client relationships to support business growth and revenue development.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge and capability within the department, team, and industry through innovation and technology advancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' relevant project management experience or equivalent experience in other roles with similar responsibilities.
  • Experience managing AI Machine Learning data-related projects, including speech, text, and computer vision data collection, data curation, and annotation projects.
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end management of projects (total project lifecycle).
  • Experience with project financials, including proposals, RFPs, RFQs, MSAs, budgets, GM, quotes, and SOWs.
  • Business English language proficiency.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems, crowdsourcing, remote resourcing solutions, multinational/multicultural virtual working environments, and cross-functional/matrix organizations.
  • Fluency in a language other than English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AI industry experience.
  • Established expertise in applying PMI/PMP management principles, methods, and standards.
