Lead Sourcing Specialist Womenswear

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our womenswear collections by leading sourcing, product development, and merchandising from concept to delivery.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep sourcing expertise and commercial awareness to balance creativity with business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, evaluating, and securing high-quality fabrics, trims, and production partners while building long-term vendor relationships.

You will be responsible for leading seasonal line plans that balance creative vision with market demand, negotiating with suppliers to achieve competitive costs while maintaining quality, and developing pricing strategies that optimize profitability without compromising creativity.

Additionally, you will manage collection timelines from initial sampling to final production, ensuring on-time delivery, track trends, competitor assortments, and customer preferences to inform decisions, and oversee collection calendars to ensure smooth flow across design, sampling, and production.

Requirements
  • Degree in Fashion Management, Buying, Merchandising, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in sourcing, buying, and merchandising (luxury/RTW preferred).
  • Strong sourcing network and expertise in textiles, trims, and production partners.
  • Skilled in garment costing, pricing, and margin management.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident with retail math.
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
