Key Operations Leadership Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and programs to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic initiatives and programs through relationship development, execution, and delivery between teams.
  • Ensure alignment with global strategic priorities and future consequences and trends.
  • Lead innovation in supporting ideation review of AI projects, developing scalable solutions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of innovation initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and information security standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in strategic leadership, business execution, project management, and transformation.
  • Expert knowledge of AI technologies, modern databases, cloud environments, and data ecosystems.
  • Proven success in building and leading work stream teams, leading large-scale projects, and providing cross-organizational leadership and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design thinking, Agile, Lean Manufacturing, and other innovation methodologies.
  • Experience in Healthcare Payer Operations or similar industries.

This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies, modern databases, cloud environments, and data ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing AI solutions and a proven track record of driving results, exhibiting strong problem-solving skills, and innovation solution identification and development.
