Job Description:

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing outbound campaign plans that drive revenue growth. Your goal will be to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our customer base through strategic outreach and engagement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and feedback, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and optimal results. Additionally, you will design and execute A/B tests to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and cadence, driving innovation and success in demand generation.

Key responsibilities include launching, monitoring, and optimizing multi-channel outbound campaigns, building dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics, and coaching team members on best practices in outbound sales and marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
  • Proficiency with CRM and outbound automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
