Job Title: Innovation Program Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation Program Manager to lead our innovation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing innovation initiatives, driving design thinking workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage innovation programs such as Tata Motors Innovista, Tata Ideas, and Tata Innoverse
* Collaborate with functions to support them in solving challenges through innovation programs
* Collaborate with external stakeholders including Group Innovation Office, start-ups, academia, and industry bodies
* Co-ordinate with functions for challenge identification, formulation, posting, idea tracking, and implementation review at functional level
* Guide teams at functional level for effective participation in Innovista and other innovation programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5-8 years of experience in managing innovation programs
* 1 year of experience in managing innovation is preferred
* B.Tech or post-graduation in MBA or equivalent is desirable
* Exposure to AI tools
* Strong analytical skills, skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and project management
* Interpersonal skills and collaboration skills - ability to interact and collaborate with seniors and teams, internal as well as external stakeholders
