Role Overview:
The Merchandise Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a product assortment strategy that aligns with brand identity and drives sales growth. This role involves trend forecasting, vendor management, pricing strategy, and sales analysis.
- Assortment Planning: Create and manage a product mix that reflects current trends and customer preferences across all sales channels.
- Buying Decisions: Make data-driven purchasing choices, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop competitive pricing models in line with market trends and business goals.
