Transformative Leader - Insurance Operations

As a high-performing leader in this critical role, you will drive team performance and deliver exceptional results. Ensure daily service level metrics are consistently met while providing mentorship and development to direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic transformation projects to enhance processes and efficiency
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and address key pain points
  • Provide direction and mentorship to the operations team, fostering growth and development
  • Align with customer goals and deliver on commitments consistently
  • Foresee risks and develop proactive mitigation plans
  • Built impactful customer relationships and improve Net Promoter Score

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Operating Leader position in Insurance Vertical (London/ UK Markets)
  • In-depth understanding of Insurance Industry and excellent knowledge of London Market Underwriting / Claims
  • Ability to prioritize and manage effectively across multiple competing tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple geographies and cultural nuances
  • Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Exposure/experience to systematically evaluate business opportunities
  • Leverage lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement
