Role Summary

We are looking for a
Lead Solution Architect
with a strong blend of
Insurance domain expertise and consulting mindset
to architect digital and managed service solutions for large, global clients. This strategic role is responsible for solutioning across the deal lifecycle—partnering with business development, operations, and digital teams to craft compelling proposals, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business development and relationship management teams to shape and qualify client opportunities.
  • Lead the design of innovative solutions that integrate digital operations, domain services, and commercial value for Insurance clients.
  • Own solutioning workstreams across deal stages – including RFP responses, client presentations, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Design Target Operating Models that blend domain expertise, digital levers, and service delivery innovation.
  • Facilitate internal collaboration across Operations, Service Lines, Technology, Analytics, Pricing, HR, and Transition teams.
  • Present complex solution constructs to internal leadership and client stakeholders, including VP/CXO level.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives, capability collateral development, and analyst survey responses.
  • Engage in continuous market research and internal knowledge sharing to stay ahead of industry trends and technologies.

Candidate Profile

  • Domain Expertise:
    Strong understanding of Insurance—preferably
    P&C, Life, or Annuities
    .
  • Experience:
    10+ years in Insurance operations, pre-sales, solutioning, or digital consulting roles.
  • Solutioning Skills:
    Experience designing solutions for outsourcing, transformation, or managed services.
  • Client Engagement:
    Ability to lead external discussions, workshops, and executive presentations.
  • Tech Fluency:
    Exposure to digital platforms like Guidewire, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or cloud (AWS/Azure).
  • Collaboration:
    Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Mindset:
    Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to solution design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting large RFPs, bids, and commercial proposal development.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.) are a plus.
  • Prior consulting/advisory experience within the Insurance domain.
  • Experience in setting up new accounts, transitions, and large-scale delivery models.
