Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Noida, for an Executive Assistant to the Vice President. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and executive support. Tasks include managing calendars, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and other administrative tasks to support the Vice President.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong Calendaring and scheduling abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
