Enhance Customer Experience

The Regional Retail Trainer plays a pivotal role in improving in-store customer interactions by delivering and implementing impactful training programs across multiple locations.

This position bridges the gap between Training Heads and Store Champions, ensuring store teams receive effective coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery & Facilitation
    • Conduct engaging workshops for store teams on sales strategies, product expertise, and customer satisfaction.
    • Implement hands-on exercises, simulations, and on-the-job coaching to improve performance.
    • Provide timely feedback to employees to enhance their skills.
  • Onboarding & Development
    • Collaborate with Store Managers and Champions to onboard new hires efficiently.
    • Assist in leadership development to create a pipeline of high-performing employees.
  • Performance Monitoring & Feedback
    • Track training effectiveness using KPIs like NPS, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
    • Conduct one-on-one coaching and team feedback sessions to address skill gaps.
    • Help stores achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Store Visits & Training Audits
    • Regularly visit stores to observe customer interactions and provide real-time guidance.
    • Conduct audits to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
    • Identify top-performing employees and recommend them for promotions or advanced training.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in retail training, sales training, or customer experience coaching.
  • Retail Expertise: Deep understanding of sales psychology, product positioning, and customer behavior.
  • Training & Facilitation: Strong ability to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Passion for developing frontline employees and motivating store teams.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to engage, inspire, and guide retail associates at different skill levels.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to multiple locations within the assigned region.
