Job Title: Retail Trainer
Drive learning and development across a growing eyewear brand with this dynamic role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs to front-line teams, focusing on sales performance, customer experience, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies centered around product expertise, customer service & experience, and sales techniques and upselling.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for retail staff, team leaders, and support roles.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business Teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably in retail, eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—both in-person and virtual.
- Comfort with virtual training tools, LMS platforms, and digital content creation.
