The Role:

Webinar Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Webinar Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of webinars that engage our audience, promote our products, and support lead generation.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about virtual events and looking to grow in a dynamic B2B environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a comprehensive webinar plan that aligns with marketing objectives.
  2. Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging webinar topics.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
  4. Oversee the webinar lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
  5. Manage technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
  6. Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
  7. Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
