Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive event strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Plan, organize, and manage logistics for U.S. trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Oversee booth design, event branding, and on-site execution to ensure a high-quality brand presence.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Track budgets, negotiate contracts, and deliver cost-effective event outcomes.
  • Measure event performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all U.S. event-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in B2B or SaaS industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and travel within the U.S. as needed.
