We're seeking a seasoned GenAI Architect to spearhead the integration of Generative AI into our engineering ecosystem. This senior role requires a deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vector Search Systems.

The ideal candidate will design intelligent assistants and agents to augment CI/CD workflows, knowledge retrieval, incident handling, and developer productivity using Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) pipelines.

  • Design and optimize prompts for LLM workflows ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Bulk RAG pipeline deployments using vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, and Qdrant.
  • Integrate LLMs into internal tools, CI/CD, and observability dashboards.
  • Implement GenAI solutions utilizing LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, and Hugging Face.
  • Fine-tune open-source and commercial LLMs for domain use cases.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to drive automation with GenAI.
  • Evaluate and ensure data privacy, governance, and ethical AI practices.
Key Qualifications:
  • 6-10+ years in software development, with 2+ years hands-on experience in GenAI/LLMs/NLP.
  • Strong Python skills, particularly in LangChain, Hugging Face, and LlamaIndex.
  • In-depth knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.
  • Proven track record in designing and deploying RAG architectures.
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and other providers.
Additional Requirements:
  • Multimodal model experience or fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Awareness of developer-facing GenAI use cases: infra-as-code review, changelog generation, log triage.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, GitOps, and DevSecOps.
Working Arrangements:
  • Hybrid work model – 3 days per week from an Xebia office location.
