About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML engineer to spearhead the design and deployment of cutting-edge GenAI solutions. This expert will combine strong AI/ML engineering skills with expertise in designing scalable architectures, implementing retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and optimizing AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models, RAG pipelines, and AI search frameworks.
- Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using Azure services, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
- Develop sophisticated Agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation, driving business efficiency and innovation.
- Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization, delivering high-quality AI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into effective AI-driven solutions, driving organizational success.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI architectures (RAG, AI search, Agentic AI), with a strong track record of successful implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Azure ecosystem, including Azure Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, and OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks, including LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges, such as hallucination mitigation, with a focus on practical application and results.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals, including dict operations, multithreading, and GIL concepts.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in AI development and architecture, with a proven track record of success.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in cloud-native development, with expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a balance of theoretical and practical knowledge, driving innovation and efficiency in AI development.
