Key AI and GenAI Leadership Role

This is a leadership role that focuses on evolving AI and GenAI capabilities for the Incedo Lighthouse platform.

  • Advanced AI and GenAI Development

You will work with technical architects and data scientists to create and evolve advanced AI and GenAI models, including:

  • Leveraging Generative AI for Analysis and Insights Generation

Lead data scientists in hands-on mode creating and fine-tuning Generative AI models to assist in analysis creation for problem discovery. Implement prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to enhance insights relevance and accuracy.

  • Reference Architectures and Client Deployments

Collaborate with Technical Architects to evolve frameworks for augmenting batch processing data architectures with streaming architectures. Consult on automated data pipelines and MLOps practices, ensuring model training, inference, and performance benchmarking.

  • Leadership and Collaboration

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing guidance on GenAI, AI/ML methodologies, and coding standards. Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business analysts to align AI solutions with platform goals.

  • Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • In-depth understanding of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI
  • Significant hands-on experience in AI and GenAI development
  • Experience with cloud-based Machine Learning platforms and open-source libraries
  • Excellent ML programming skills in Python
  • 12-18 years of Machine Learning model development and application experience
