About This Role

We are seeking a talented individual who can leverage their expertise in graphic design, animation, or motion design to drive innovation in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting detailed prompts that guide AI tools to generate stunning images and cinematic videos.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting engaging, visually rich prompts for AI tools to create compelling content.
  • Translating creative briefs into AI-friendly inputs while retaining emotional and brand resonance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life using generative tools.
  • Constantly testing, refining, and experimenting with various platforms to enhance visual outputs.
  • Maintaining a structured library of prompts and outputs for future use and optimization.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, animation, or motion design.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics – composition, color, typography, lighting, and movement.
  • Working knowledge of AI content tools (such as Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Sora, etc.).
  • Excellent language skills – describing visuals in a way machines (and humans) understand.
  • A passion for experimentation and emerging creative technologies.
  • A portfolio showcasing a mix of design work and AI-generated visuals/videos.
