**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead data-driven initiatives and perform advanced exploratory data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, generative AI (GenAI), and machine learning deployment frameworks.

This is a key leadership role that requires collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions. The successful candidate will design and develop advanced ML and Generative AI models, drive end-to-end data science projects from data preparation to deployment, and guide junior data scientists in technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of Advanced Machine Learning Models.
  • Drive end-to-end Data Science Projects from data preparation to deployment.
  • Apply LLMs, Transformers, and Other GenAI Techniques to business problems.
  • Guide junior data scientists in Technical Delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate Business Needs into AI Solutions.

Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML Frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
  • Deep expertise in NLP, LLM Fine-Tuning, Transformers, and GenAI Frameworks.
  • Experience with MLOps, Model Deployment, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of Data Engineering Concepts, Feature Engineering, and Large-Scale Data Handling.
  • Experience with Vector Databases and Orchestration Tools.
