Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence specialist to develop and maintain machine learning algorithms for speaker-event matching and personalized event recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Algorithm Development: Design, implement, and test machine learning algorithms for recommendation systems and automation models using Python and vector databases.
  • Data Pipelines: Develop and optimize data pipelines and vector database integrations to enhance model accuracy.
  • Data Collection: Manage data collection processes to improve recommendation system performance.
  • Business Requirements: Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable artificial intelligence solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree from a leading university in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.). Experience working with vector databases and implementing recommendation systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities combined with an understanding of business objectives.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects independently, from initial concept through implementation and evaluation.
